y career has been driven by passion and my tenacious spirit to succeed personally, for my clients, and for my family. As a child, I was not a conformist and had an overly creative mind. I saw the world differently; that remains the same today.

I was fired from five of seven jobs. I just could not play in the same sandbox with my peers or bosses. I had to find another way to make a buck.
At the age of thirty, I launched my first promotion marketing agency inside a dark, musty storage room. I started with nothing but the hunger and vision to creatively change the world…and so I did. I became a serial entrepreneur.

I founded three multimillion-dollar advertising, promotion, and branded entertainment agencies, created cutting edge innovative strategic projects for over thirty global iconic brands resulting in multibillion-dollar sales and paradigm shifts. The amazing journey continues today.
Luna Bacardi Group, the first agency that I launched and sold, became one of the largest privately held agencies in the world.

My first foray into changing the world was when I utilized my professional water skiing skills. At the age of nineteen, I started the nation’s first summer ski school for the blind.
Today, The Bennett Scholars program continues to thrive. Opportunities are made possible for a select few of the best and brightest students from the most competitive universities. Recipients are exposed to challenges and experiences not offered within the walls of academia.

It’s both an obligation and a reward to teach college students about entrepreneurship and business. The end game is to stimulate and challenge their minds beyond their expectations.
Guiding young entrepreneurs around the world and showing them how to channel their energy and realize their vision is an opportunity not only to teach, but to learn. Innovation is a global language that can move humanity forward.

That’s why I created the Genius stage Foundation, which is arguably the first highly structured platform to harness the intellectual property created by brilliant academics and visionaries at leading universities. Our mission is to seek, identify, develop, and deliver tangible intellectual property (that flies under the radar) that will literally impact the world…today.
